Typhoon Utor, 11w rapidly intensifies in the Philippine Sea. It should make landfall over the Philippines in the early by late August 11.
It has a 40% chance of becoming a Category 4 typhoon,
and although it will weaken a bit after it's landfall over the Philippines, it should reintensify in the South China Sea to category 2 or 3 strength.
Afterwards it should make landfall over Guandong province as a category 2 typhoon, however the JTWC puts it's landfall at western Guandong, while the JMA currently puts it's landfall over Macao.
