အိႏိၵယႏိုင္ငံလံုးဆိုင္ရာ မိုးေလဝသထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခ်က္တြင္ ေဖၚျပထားပါသည္။၊
၄င္းေလဖိအားနည္းရပ္ဝန္းမွာ ယခင္ျဖစ္ေပၚခဲ့သည့္ ေလဖိအားနည္းရပ္ဝန္းနည္းတူ
ကုန္းတစ္ဝက္ ေရတစ္ဝက္ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနၿပီး 300-850 km layer, 400-850km Layer
ႏွင့္ 700-850km Layer မ်ားတြင္ လက္ဝဲရစ္လည္ပတ္စီးဆင္းေနသည့္
ေလစီးေၾကာင္း(Cyclonic Air Circulation)ျဖင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနေၾကာင္း
ေဖၚျပထားပါသည္။
The upper air cyclonic circulation over north Bay of Bengal & neighbour-hood now lies over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of north Orissa and West Bengal and extends upto mid tropospheric level.
